must include an original Copyright
Transfer Form, signed by the author(s). Copies and facsimiles
will not be accepted.
Form will be returned with manuscripts not accepted.
If you need a copyright transfer form, please download it, fill
it out completely and submit it with your original manuscript for
publication.
