Your registration fee includes:

Your Table Top fee of $500 includes:
An 6 ft. table top with an identification sign bearing your company name and tabletop number(s)

  • Free listings in the 2008 Program Booklet and Abstract Issue (return contract by February 15, 2008 to be included in the abstract issue)
  • Two complimentary exhibitor registrations for your representatives
  • Unlimited exhibit area passes for prospects

Your Floor Display fee of $750 includes:
An 8 ft. by 8 ft. space with an identification sign bearing your company name

  • Free listings in the 2008 Program Booklet and Abstract Issue (return contract by February 15, 2008 to be included in the abstract issue)
  • Three complimentary exhibitor registrations for your representatives
  • Unlimited exhibit area passes for prospects

Fill out an online Exhibitor Registration form by clicking here or download and fill out a hardcopy form by clicking here accompanied by payment in full or a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the tabletop space, to:

If you are sending a deposit, the balance of the exhibit fee will be due by April 15, 2008 (SIVB reserves the right to cancel exhibit space without refunding the deposit if the balance is not paid by the above deadline

Cancellations
Exhibitors requesting cancellation four months prior to the start of the exposition (February 14, 2008) will receive a full refund; later cancellations will be refunded at 25% of the full rental fee for the assigned space(s). If, for any reason, Management finds it necessary to cancel the exposition, it is agreed by the exhibitors that each will pay a proportioned share of the direct expenses incurred by Management in connection with the exhibit.

Liability and Insurance
The exhibitor assumes all responsibility for any and all loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor's displays, equipment and/or property while on Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Golf and Tennis Resort premises and hereby waives any claim or demand it may have against Hilton arising from such loss, theft, or damage.
