Opportunities
All exhibitors receive free listings in the 2008 Program
Booklet and Abstract Issue (return contract by February
15, 2008 to be included in the Abstract issue) and unlimited
Exhibition Hall passes for prospects.
Try one of the other advertising opportunities to bring
more attention to your company:
Exhibitor-sponsored Refreshments
Exhibitors are asked to make a $60.00 contribution toward
refreshments to be served at a special reception in the
exhibit area. Contributors will be acknowledged in the SIVB
Meeting Abstract Issue and Program Booklet, as well as on
signage in the exhibit area.
Pre-meeting and Post-Meeting Registration Lists
Mailing lists are available in either ASCII comma-delimited
files or pressure-sensitive labels.
The pre-registration list (excluding exhibitors and guests)
will be available only to exhibitors three weeks before
the meeting. Exhibitor's discounted pricing is as follows:
a) ASCII comma delimited disk $200.00 per set, Prepaid
b) Pressure sensitive labels $225.00 per set, Prepaid
The registration list, in registrant type order, then alphabetical
by last names, will be available four weeks after the meeting
closes.
a) ASCII comma delimited disk - $250.00 per set, Prepaid
b) Pressure sensitive labels - $275.00 per set, Prepaid
Program Booklet
The Program Booklet lists all activities, exhibitors, special
events, program changes, and the entire program in a compact
form. It is distributed to all attendees and is their primary
reference and the most visible publication at the meeting.
Exhibitors receive a 25% discount on advertising in the
SIVB World Congress Program Booklet. The deadline to reserve
space is March 31, 2008. Cancellations for space reservations
will be honored if received in writing by February 15, 2008.

Publisher's Book Display
This is an inexpensive way to have your professional books
or journals displayed to hundreds of cell biologists. For
as little as $50.00 per title, we will display your books
and promotional materials for you. See enclosed book display
application.
Registration Bag
Each attendee will receive a high quality canvas bag bearing
the name and logo of the Contributor. The Registration Bag
Contributor will also be acknowledged in the Congress Abstract
Issue, Program Booklet, the In Vitro Report Newsletter,
and on signage to be displayed at the registration counter.
In previous years, Registration Bag Contributors have donated
$2,000.00 to $4,000.00 to cover the cost of the bags and
logo graphics. Registration Bag Contributor must be confirmed
by February 1, 2008.
Registration Bag Inserts
Get the word out about new products by placing an insert
into the Congress registration bags, which are provided
to all attendees. Please note: Inserts must be approved
by SIVB prior to the Congress. To insert a piece of literature
in the registration bag is only $300.
Special Event Sponsorships
Opening Reception $5,000
The Opening Reception will be held on Saturday, June 14,
at 7:00 p.m. in the Exhibit Hall. Light refreshments and
hors d'oeuvres will be served. The Opening Reception Contributor
will be acknowledged in the Congress Abstract Issue, Program
Booklet, and In Vitro Report newsletter. The Opening Reception
Contributor will also be acknowledged on signage to be displayed
at the reception entrance and at buffet tables inside the
reception hall.
Keynote Reception $5,000
The Keynote Reception will take place immediately following
the Keynote Session on Sunday, June 15 in the Exhibit Hall.
The Keynote Session speaker will come and mingle with Congress
attendees. The Keynote Reception Contributor will be acknowledged
during the reception. The Keynote Reception Contributor
will also be acknowledged in the Congress Abstract Issue,
Program Booklet, In Vitro Report newsletter, and on signage
outside of the reception hall.
Coffee Break $3,000
A thirty-minute coffee break will be provided for attendees
during the scheduled morning breaks in the Exhibit Hall.
The Coffee Break Contributor will be acknowledged in the
Congress Abstract Issue, Program Booklet, In Vitro Report
newsletter, and on signage to be displayed outside of the
Exhibit Hall and at coffee service stations.
Silent Auction
The Silent Auction is being held in the Exhibit Hall from
Saturday, June 14 through Tuesday morning, June 17. We encourage
Exhibitors to donate an item. Your silent auction item will
be displayed with the other Silent Auction items during
the event for maximum visibility. Auction items will need
to be received at the SIVB Business Office no later than
April 6, 2008 to be included in the auction program. We
also encourage all our exhibitors to bid on items. For more

Awards Sponsorship
Student Travel Awards Contributor ($2,000)
The Student Travel Awards Contributor will allow four students
($500 per student) to receive an SIVB Travel Award in the
name of the Contributor. The Student Travel Award Contributor
will be acknowledged in the Congress Abstract Issue, Program
Booklet, the In Vitro Report Newsletter, and on the plaques
to be presented to the student award recipients. The Student
Travel Award Contributor will receive a special invitation
to attend the Student Affairs activities.
