  IAPB SIVB 2010
When you register for the meeting, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHOOSE THE SIVB MEMBER VERSION OF THE REGISTRATION FORM, EVEN IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ATTEND THE IAPB SESSIONS. Each SIVB member registration count towards the society’s success at the meeting.

Registration deadlines are earlier than normal for the 2010 In Vitro Biology Meeting/12th IAPB Congress.  Register by February 1, 2010 to receive the Early Bird Registration rate.

To have your abstract considered for an oral presentation, you must submit your abstract by February 15, 2010!  REMEMBER, YOU MUST REGISTER BEFORE YOU CAN SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT FOR THE MEETING.

Registration rates to the 2010 In Vitro Biology Meeting are as follows and include: registration materials, Welcome Reception, coffee, lunches and the Gala dinner.

Member:
Early Registration: (Aug 1, 2009-Feb 1, 2010) - $575
Regular Registration: (Feb 2-Apr 30) - $625
Late Registration: (May 1-Jun 1) - $725
Onsite Registration: (anytime after Jun 1) - $800

Non-member:
Early Registration: (Aug 1, 2009-Feb 1, 2010) - $650
Regular Registration: (Feb 2-Apr 30) - $725
Late Registration: (May 1-Jun 1) - $825
Onsite Registration: (anytime after Jun 1) - $900

Students/Post-Docs*:
*All students will be required to show a valid and current University ID at registration. Post-Docs will need to provide a letter from their University stating that they are at the post-doctoral level. If neither is provided at registration, full registration will be required onsite.


Student Early Registration (Aug 1, 2009-Apr 30, 2010) - $400
Student Late Registration (May 1-onsite) - $500
Single Day Registration: $250

PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING

REMEMBER: When you register for the meeting, choose the SIVB member version of the registration form, even if you are planning to attend the IAPB sessions. Each SIVB member registration count towards the society’s success at the meeting.
  1. SPECIAL NOTE FOR PLENARY AND SYMPOSIA SPEAKERS: If you are a scheduled speaker DO NOT register online. A separate registration form will be emailed to you.

  2. IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR AN SIVB STUDENT REGISTRATION FELLOWSHIP do not register until you hear back from the committee as to whether you have received a fellowship. At that time, you will be provided with specific registration instructions.

  3. All registration fees are stated in US currency.

  4. The registration fee includes registration materials, Welcome Reception, coffee, lunches and the Gala dinner.

  5. When registering online, or by fax, you must do so by using a credit card. The MU conference office accepts Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. 

  6. When printing out your registration form and mailing a check, all funds must be drawn on a US bank in U.S. currency.

  7. Pay special attention to the refund deadlines. All requests for cancellations must be made in writing. Prior to April 1, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received between April 2-May 1, 2010 will receive one half of refund of registration fees. No refunds will be provided for any reason after May 1, 2010.

  8. Registration DOES NOT include your hotel accommodations. Please visit the hotels page to reserve your room.

  9. There will be tours offered Wednesday afternoon. You must sign yourself up if you are interested in taking a tour Wednesday afternoon. Separate charges apply and will be reflected separately on your credit card statement.

Registration Methods

  1. Register online by clicking below (credit card only). The MU conference office accepts Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
  1. WIRE TRANSFERS: All payments must be made in U.S. funds. If you do not have a U.S. bank check, you may send the registration fee by wire transfer. For details on how to send a wire transfer please contact Emily Mangano at the MU Conference Office by e-mail (manganoe@missouri.edu), phone +1 (866) 682-6663) or fax +1 (573) 882-1953). If you do not receive a faxed confirmation letter after sending your wire transfer, please follow up by contacting the MU Conference Office prior to the meeting. DO NOT leave for the meeting without your confirmation. A wire transfer fee will be applied to each transaction.
