2012 Exhibitor Fees
Your Table Top fee of $550 includes:
An 6 ft. table top with an identification sign bearing your company name and tabletop number(s)
- Free listings in the 2012 Program Booklet and Abstract Issue (return contract by February 15, 2012 to be included in the abstract issue)
- Two complimentary exhibitor registrations for your representatives
- Unlimited exhibit area passes for prospects
Your Floor Display fee of $800 includes:
An 8 ft. by 8 ft. space with an identification sign bearing your company name
- Free listings in the 2012 Program Booklet and Abstract Issue (return contract by February 15, 2012 to be included in the abstract issue)
- Three complimentary exhibitor registrations for your representatives
- Unlimited exhibit area passes for prospects
Reservations
Fill out an online Exhibitor Registration form or download and fill out a hardcopy form accompanied by payment in full or a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the tabletop space, to:

If you prefer to pay by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover, please include your card number and expiration date on the exhibit contract.
If you are sending a deposit, the balance of the exhibit fee will be due by April 15, 2012
(SIVB reserves the right to cancel exhibit space without refunding the deposit if the balance is not paid by the above deadline).
Cancellations
Exhibitors requesting cancellation four months prior to the start of the exposition (February 3, 2012) will receive a full refund; later cancellations will be refunded at 25% of the full rental fee for the assigned space(s). If, for any reason, management finds it necessary to cancel the exposition, it is agreed by the exhibitors that each will pay a proportioned share of the direct expenses incurred by management in connection with the exhibit.
Liability and Insurance
The exhibitor assumes all responsibility for any and all loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor's displays, equipment and/or property while on Hyatt Regency Bellevue premises and hereby waives any claim or demand it may have against Hyatt Regency Bellevue arising from such loss, theft, or damage.

Pre-meeting and Post-Meeting Registration Lists
Mailing lists are available in ASCII comma-delimited files.
- The pre-registration list (excluding exhibitors and guests) will be available only to exhibitors three weeks before the meeting. Exhibitor's discounted pricing is $200.00 per set, Prepaid.
- The post meeting registration list in alphabetical order by last name willl be available four weeks after the meeting closes. The Exhibitor discounted pricing is $250.00 per set, Prepaid.
