The Board of Directors has approved a number of changes to the Constitution
of the Society for In Vitro Biology as submitted by the Constitution
and Bylaws Committee. In accordance with the Constitution of the Society,
changes to the Constitution must be ratified by mail ballot by the
regular members.
If you are a regular, emeritus, sustaining, life, or honorary member
and have not received it already, you will shortly be receiving
a ballot with the proposed amendments to the Constitution. Your
voice is important to the future of the Society. Please make sure
to review the changes and return your ballot either voting for or
against the changes.
